The HR, Training and
Quality Assurance Department are seeking a vibrant person to join our team.
Providing support to
Group Director of HR, Training and Quality Assurance, the role requires an enthusiastic
applicant who possesses the following attributes:
- Superb communication skills
- Passion for Training and Quality Assurance
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- A Willingness to learn
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written/spoken English
The role involves
training across the group, conducting LQA audits and compiling monthly guest
satisfaction reports. Ideally we are seeking someone within our Karma team who
wishes to take that next step!
