Rooms Division Manager

currently seeking a highly qualified Rooms Division Manager.
Duties
- Responsible for
and ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of
FO, Housekeeping and Laundry - Checks the quality of services
- Inspects villas prior to arrival to ensure standards are always met
- Manages the Front
Office staff, organizes Front Office
administration, handles guest complaints, responsible for smooth
check-in/check-out procedures - Audits account
receivable, invoices, credit cards, and forwards it to
Accounts Department - Cooperates with HR and Quality Assurance on trainings;
- Prepares budget
- Controls costs and work efficiency
- Internal Audit on Standards & Quality
- Co-operates with all other resort departments
- Co-ordinates with Engineering
- Covers Duty Management responsibilities
Your profile:
- 3 years experience as a Rooms Division Manager
- Good organization and leadership skills, the ability to motivate your team daily to achieve world-class service
- Result oriented with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Flexible and able to work well under stress
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Good IT and computer skills (MS Office, FO/ Reservation programs)
