Looking for Sales Manager at Bali Luxury Villas

Bali Luxury Villas is looking for "SALES MANAGER"

Candidates General Requirement:

1. 3 to 5 years of Sales experience in a luxury hotel or villa rental agent (minimum 3 years’ experience in sales in Bali is a must).
2. Good knowledge of villa rental agents, travel agents, event’s organizers and portal agents in Bali and also in SEA and Australia.
3. Good knowledge and experience of online marketing (website optimization, advertising, social media) and experience working with portal agents and other online affiliates.
4. Native Indonesian language and excellent English skills, verbal and written; other foreign languages are an advantage.
5. Good knowledge of sales techniques and strong track-record of meeting sales targets.
6. Good communication and presentation skills, a “born sales-person”
7. Strong PC user with good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and experience in PowerPoint presentations is required; experience with visual graphics and compiling sales/marketing material is an advantage.
8. Excellent internet navigation skills; understanding of  website structure and knowledge of/ability to learn website content management system and perform website updates.
9. Motivation to reach sales targets, energy and self-discipline, fast-learner, self-starter, flexible to occasional non-standard working hours and travel in Bali and internationally.
